A first hard metal strip (122, 22A, 22B, 22) is attached to a first portion (642, 644) of the cutting edge (114, 14) and includes at least one first full hard metal cutting tooth (126, 26) that is set left at a first angle relative to a vertical axis of the body (112, 114, 12) that is generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. A second hard metal strip (122, 22A, 22B, 22) attached to a second portion (642, 644) of the cutting edge (114, 14) and includes a second full hard metal cutting tooth (126, 26) that is set right at a second angle relative the vertical axis.
