A first attaching position P1 and a second attaching position P2 are adjacent to each other in a tool unit attaching direction D4 perpendicular to a spindle axis direction D1. A second tool unit U2 attached to the second attaching position P2 is of a shape avoiding an area A0 that a spindle 30 possibly occupies relatively with respect to a first tool unit U01 working on the workpiece W1. When a rotary tool unit is attached to one of the first attaching position P1 and the second attaching position P2, a machining point P10 of the second tool unit U02 working on the workpiece W1 is deviated to the side of the spindle 30 in the spindle axis direction D1 from the rotational center CE1 of the rotary tool unit across the turret surface 41.
