Zusammenfassung:	A sound generator for a vehicle includes a sounder (20), a housing (16) surrounding the sounder, a connecter unit (101) including an opening (101a) facing outward the housing, and a connecting terminal (30) configured to protrude inward the housing from the opening of the connector unit. A vehicle connector that electrically connects an in-vehicle device is to be attached to the connector unit. The sounder includes a diaphragm (21), a voice coil (23) connected to the diaphragm, and a lead wire (28) extending from the voice coil. The lead wire is directly connected to the connecting terminal in the housing.
