Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to substrates provided with a multifunctional coating comprising both a transparent conductive oxide layer and a hydrophilic layer. The coating of the invention is characterised by low roughness and good hydrophily, as well as having the advantage of preventing condensation of water. The coating is chemically and mechanically durable. The low roughness also provides increased resistance to scratches and marks. The invention also relates to a method for producing such coated substrates.
