Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a piece of furniture (1) or a household appliance comprising a main body (2), on which at least one door (7) is movably mounted on an opening, and at least one thrust element (9) is displaceably mounted on the main body (2). The door (7) can be pivoted from a closing position, which covers the opening, into a first opening position by means of a pivoting device, wherein the door (7) is displaceable from the first opening position into a second opening position. By means of at least one transmission device (15), the at least one thrust element (9) can be moved out in an opening direction by displacing the door (7). The invention further relates to a method for opening at least one door on a main body.
