The porous layers are provided so that the formula (1): C × T ≤ t(1) + ... t(n) (where C = 0.4, T ≥ 1) is satisfied, wherein t(n)(n ≥ 2) is the thickness (mm) of each of the plurality of porous layers from a porous layer P(1) on the uppermost layer side of the porous layers to a porous layer P(n) on the side closest to a base material, and T (mm) is the entire thickness of the transfer body.
