The composition comprises at least one active ingredient and at least two of the following: a polycarboxylic acid polymer or a salt thereof, an anionic surfactant, and a wax agent. The composition has a retention of 2.4% or less when conducting a wet sieve analysis in accordance with CIPAC MT 185 and using a 100 mesh size sieve.
