Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a conversion circuit for a lamp. The conversion circuit converts first signals, from a ballast, into second signals, for a lighting arrangement. The conversion circuit comprises a transformer having characteristics which contribute to a desired conversion of the first signals to the second signals. The transformer, formed of a first winding and a second winding, further provides an isolated power supply for an auxiliary device connected to the second winding.
