Zusammenfassung:In a system with an elevator system, a host can grant a visitor access to a building and switch the elevator system into a visitor operating mode in order to transport the visitor to a destination floor. The host can initiate a movement of the elevator car to a first defined floor, on which a visitor would like to enter an elevator car, by means of an input on a mobile device. A camera arranged in the elevator car and a camera recording, which is produced by means of said camera and displayed on the mobile device, enable the host to check if only the user is located in the elevator car. If this is the case, the host can initiate the movement of the elevator car to the destination floor by means of an additional input on the mobile device.
