Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a transmission apparatus employing a MIMO scheme of transmitting a plurality of data items for a same receiving apparatus using a plurality of antennas (106-1, 106-2) in parallel. The apparatus comprises an apportion section (101) that apportions the plurality of data items to a plurality of groups and a transmission section (105) that transmits, to the receiving apparatus, the plurality of data items in the plurality of groups using the plurality of antennas (106-1, 106-2). The plurality of data items comprises at least a specific data item and other data items, wherein the apportion section (101) generates a replica data item by replicating the specific data item, and apportions the plurality of data items to the plurality of groups such that the specific data item and the replica data item are transmitted from different antennas. Moreover, the invention relates to a corresponds transmission method.
