Zusammenfassung:	An image forming apparatus body (2,3) includes an attachment mount (3) in which an attachment unit (40) including a recording device (41) is removably mounted. The attachment mount (3) includes an apparatus body-side connector (13) to be connected with an attachment-side connector (40b) of the attachment unit (40). The apparatus body (2,3) further includes a pressing portion (12c) to press the attachment unit (40) in a facing direction in which the attachment-side connector (40b) faces the apparatus body-side connector (13) in when the attachment unit (40) is attached to the apparatus body (2,3). The facing direction is orthogonal to a mounting direction of the attachment unit (40). The apparatus body (2,3) further includes a movable member (12) holding the pressing portion (12c) and configured to move between a first position where the pressing portion (12c) is closest to the apparatus body-side connector (13) and a second position where the pressing portion (12c) is farthest from the apparatus body-side connector (13).
