Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a film composite for use in a card body of a portable data carrier, preferably a so-called chipcard or a smartcard. The layer arrangement according to the invention allows to protect electronic components or an electrical line element from damage. The present invention also relates to a chipcard comprising the film composite, to a device for producing the proposed film composite together with a method for producing the film composite. Furthermore, a computer program product is proposed, having control commands which execute the method or operate the proposed device.
