Zusammenfassung:	A thermoplastic resin multilayer film that is excellent in a light resistance property, that can effectively prevent bleeding out and dirt on a roller during production and a method of manufacturing a thermoplastic resin multilayer film. A thermoplastic resin multilayer film according to the present disclosure includes two outermost surface layers (11 and 13) composed of a thermoplastic resin (R1) including acryl-based multilayer structure polymer particles (A); and an intermediate layer (12) composed of a thermoplastic resin (R2) including the acryl-based multilayer structure polymer particles (A) and being laminated between the two outermost surface layers. The thermoplastic resin (R1) includes 2.0 parts by mass or more and 4.0 parts by mass or less of an ultraviolet absorber with respect to 100 parts by mass of the thermoplastic resin, the thermoplastic resin (R2) includes at least one of an antioxidant and a light stabilizer, a sum of a content of the antioxidant and a content of the light stabilizer is 0.2 parts by mass or more with respect to 100 parts by mass of the thermoplastic resin (R2), and a surface roughness Ra of at least one of the outermost surface layers (11 and 13) is 0.025 µm or less.
