Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an air-conditioner configured to clean an indoor heat exchanger properly. An air-conditioner (100) includes a refrigerant circuit (Q) in which refrigerant circulates sequentially in a compressor (31), a condenser, an outdoor expansion valve (34), and an evaporator in a refrigeration cycle, and a controller configured to control at least the compressor (31) and the outdoor expansion valve (34). One of the condenser and the evaporator is an outdoor heat exchanger (32), and the other one is an indoor heat exchanger (12). The controller causes the indoor heat exchanger (12) to function as the evaporator, freezes the indoor heat exchanger (12) or causes dew condensation on the indoor heat exchanger (12), and increases the degree of opening of the outdoor expansion valve 34 after freezing of the indoor heat exchanger (12).
