Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an eyeglass temple (2) comprising a temple base part (11) made of a first material and having a temple main part (38) that comprises a temple hinge element (17) which is arranged on said temple main part (38) adjacently to a hinge-side end (13), and which comprises a hinge means receiving portion (21) for connecting to an eyeglass pane arrangement (4). Furthermore, the temple (2) comprises a soft component arrangement (28) made of a second material that is softer than said first material. The soft component arrangement (28) has an elastic hinge element soft component (29) which is arranged on an inner side (15) of the temple (2) on said temple hinge element (17), and which is designed to permit the temple (2) to bend elastically outward at the temple hinge element (17).
