Zusammenfassung:	A pre-cooler system (13) employs a powered pre-cooler fan assembly (15) having a fan (34) adapted to receive bypass engine fan air through an inlet plenum (25) with an outlet guide vane array (OGVA) (38) adapted to control airflow from the inlet plenum (25) and the fan (34), with a rotational power source (30, 60) operationally connected to the fan (34). A shroud (35) directs airflow from the inlet plenum (25), the fan (34) and OGVA into a pre-cooler (16) disposed downstream of the fan (34) and OGVA.
