Zusammenfassung:	It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a mold-derived trypsin-like protease by using yeast as a host, by which the mold-derived trypsin-like protease can be produced with high productivity. The present invention provides a method for producing a protease in yeast, which comprises expressing a gene encoding a fusion protein having a secretion signal sequence functioning in yeast, a pro-sequence of aFusarium oxysporum-derived trypsin-like protease, into which a mutation is introduced and which has an arginine or lysine residue at the C-terminus thereof, and the amino acid sequence of theFusarium oxysporum-derived trypsin-like protease, in this order from the N-terminal side to C-terminal side thereof, in yeast.
