Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a vehicular display device capable of presenting appropriate information to a user without being affected by a change in the viewpoint of a user. The vehicular display device 10 is provided with: an image display unit 20 having a display screen 21 capable of displaying an image at least in a part thereof; an image generation unit 30 for generating the image to be displayed by the image display unit 20; and a projection unit 50 for projecting the image toward a transparent windshield 2 of a vehicle 1 so that the image is reflected by the transparent windshield 2 of the vehicle 1 such that a user seated in the driver seat of the vehicle 1 can view a virtual image 310. In accordance with a viewpoint position 100 of the user, the image generation unit 30 determines a length for display content 320 in a use area 220 of the display screen 21 of the image display unit 20 in a direction corresponding to a horizontal direction, the use area 220 being an area used for displaying the image.
