| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is related to a secondary power source and a method for supplying power to an electronical device. A thermoelectric generator is in thermal contact with a heat sink and a housing of the electronical device. The housing is in thermal contact with a circuit of the electronical device having a temperature above the ambience temperature. The thermoelectric generator is configured to generate a voltage directly proportional with a temperature difference between the housing and the heat sink. The secondary power source is configured to supply electrical energy to the electronical device when a voltage of a primary power source of the electronical device drops under a predefined value. |
