Zusammenfassung: | A line detector for a vehicle LD includes: a front image capturing sensor 1, a right-side image capturing sensor 2, and a left-side image capturing sensor 3 that are mounted on a vehicle and respectively capture an image in front of the vehicle, a right side of the vehicle, and a left side of the vehicle in a manner to include a road surface, so as to respectively generate a front image, a right-side image, and left-side image; and a line extraction processing section 42 that calculates a line on a road as a first line from the front image, calculates a line on the road as a second line from the right-side image, and calculates a line on the road as a third line from the left-side image. The line detector for a vehicle LD selects one algorithm of the multiple mutually-different algorithms for determining the line on the road on the basis of the first to third lines and finally calculates the line on the road on the basis of the first to third lines by using the selected algorithm. |
