Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a drain pump, in which a pump motor is provided with a connector, the connector is provided with a contact surface exposed to outside of a motor housing accommodating the pump motor through the motor housing, and the motor housing is provided with a cover portion accommodating the connector in a covering manner, whereby water can be prevented in advance from permeating into the motor housing through a gap formed at a portion where the connector is exposed.
