This turbine exhaust case (200) includes a first gas turbine engine exhaust case (204), a second gas turbine engine exhaust case (308), a strut (212) and a fastener (334a, 334b). The second gas turbine engine exhaust case (308) includes a flange (338a) and a bracket (338b). The strut (212) is coupled to the first case (204) and the second case (308). The fastener (334a, 334b) fastens the flange (338a) and the strut (212). The second gas turbine engine exhaust case (308) is coaxial with the first gas turbine engine exhaust case (204). The strut (212) contacts the bracket (338b) when the engine (20) is powered-on.
