Zusammenfassung:	The present invention falls within the chemical industry field, and more specifically, the field of conversion of biomass into a solid polymer product with added value. The invention provides a method for obtaining biopolymers in which the quantity by weight corresponding to the phenol has been replaced at least partially by a lower-cost renewable waste material. Said method is characterized in that it comprises a step of hydrothermal carbonization of lignocellulosic biomass, and the later addition of a total quantity of one or more phenolic compounds, and a total quantity of aldehyde, followed by thermal treatment of the product obtained.
