Zusammenfassung:	A saddle-riding vehicle includes: left and right paired main frames 1 extending rearwards from a head pipe 4; an air cleaner 25 disposed above a cylinder of an engine E at a location between the left and right main frames 1; and a fuel tank 40 disposed above the air cleaner. Side walls of a cleaner casing 34 of the air cleaner 25, which side walls are opposed to each other, are formed with a recess 36 that is depressed inwardly of a vehicle widthwise direction. A tank support portion 15 for supporting the fuel tank 40 is provided so as to protrude from the left and right main frames 1 in a direction inwardly of the vehicle widthwise direction and is disposed within the recess 36.
