Subsequently, the own train 10a travels on the extracted route, trouble positions that hinder traveling are extracted, and among these trouble positions, a trouble position first existing is extracted as a trouble point S. Once only an occupied section T1 up to the trouble point S is locked in the route and the trouble point S is set, the own train 10a starts traveling in the occupied section T1.
