Zusammenfassung:	A composite pipe including a pipe body having a tubular shape, and a covering layer having a tubular shape, the covering layer covering an outer circumferential surface of the pipe body, the covering layer having a bellows shape with annular ridge portions protruding outwardly in a radial direction and annular groove portions depressed inwardly in a radial direction, the annular ridge portions and the annular groove portions being alternately formed in an axial direction of the pipe body, and the covering layer being shortenable in the axial direction of the pipe body by being guided along the outer circumferential surface of the pipe body, including polyethylene as a main component, and having a density of from 915 kg/m3to 940 kg/m3.
