Zusammenfassung:	An object of the present invention is to provide a polycarbonate diol composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in stain resistance and chemical resistance. The present invention provides a polycarbonate diol composition comprising a specific polyoxyethylene structure and a specific polycarbonate structure, the polycarbonate diol composition having hydroxy groups at both ends and having a number-average molecular weight of 300 or larger and 10000 or smaller, wherein the polycarbonate diol composition comprises 5% by mass or more and 50% by mass or less of the polyoxyethylene structure and 50% by mass or more and 95% by mass or less of the polycarbonate structure based on a total mass of the polyoxyethylene structure and the polycarbonate structure, and among dihydroxy compounds obtained by a hydrolysis of the polycarbonate diol composition, a dihydroxy compound except for a dihydroxy compound having a polyoxyethylene structure comprises a specific dihydroxy compound.
