One example wireless communication device comprises at least one processor configured to determine an interference-related parameter Hj(s) associated with at least one of the plurality of sidelink radio resources (s), and at least one of compute a first map (Sj) mapping an identity-related parameter (IDi) of the at least one neighboring wireless communication device to Pij or compute a second map (Cj) mapping at least one sidelink radio resource (s) to Ij(s) or Hj(s). A transceiver in the example wireless communication device is configured to transmit at least one of Sj or Cj to at least one of a network entity or at least one neighboring wireless communication device.
