Zusammenfassung:A light distribution element (10), a light source module (100) and a lighting device (1000). The light distribution element (10) includes: a light incident surface (11) which is in the shape of a smooth inward concave curved surface and forms an accommodation cavity (13) for accommodating a light emitting unit; and a light emitting surface (12) which is in the shape of a smooth outward convex curved surface and is provided opposite to the light incident surface (11). There is a difference between the thickness of the light incident surface (11) and the thickness of the light emitting surface (12), thus in the light spot formed by the light emitted from the light emitting surface (12) located on a portion having a larger thickness, the color tolerance between a yellow spot and white light is less than a preset color difference. As the light incident surface (11) and the light emitting surface (12) in the light distribution element (10) are both in the shape of a smooth curved surface and have a thickness difference between the two surfaces, the area of the yellow spot in the light spot formed by the light emitted by the light emitting surface (12) located on a portion having a large thickness is greater than a preset area. By presetting the size of the area, the concentration of yellow light is decreased, thereby weakening the yellow spot, and ensuring the lighting effect of the lighting device.
