Zusammenfassung:	A latent heat storage material composition of one embodiment of the present invention is obtained by blending a latent heat storage material with an additive that adjusts the physical properties of the latent heat storage material, wherein the latent heat storage material comprises an inorganic salt hydrate in which the number of molecules of water of hydration nwis such that 2 ≤ nw. The additive is an agent for adjusting the melting point of the latent heat storage material, contains at least a substance that belongs to the group of sugar alcohol compounds, and is a substance having the physical property of producing a negative heat of dissolution when dissolved in moisture contained in the latent heat storage material. Within the latent heat storage material composition as a whole, the substance that belongs to the group of sugar alcohol compounds is present at a concentration that satisfies formulae (1) and (2) per 1 mole of water of hydration of the latent heat storage material.
