A POWER PLANT WITH A LUBRICATION OIL CLEANING SYSTEM AND A METHOD OF OPERATING THE POWER PLANT

An oil cleaning system with a ceramic microporous membrane is used to filter lubrication oil from an axial-flow gas compressor, for example in a gas pumping station, or oil from a turbine, for example a power plant turbine. Advantageously, the membrane is periodically backwashed.
