Zusammenfassung:A cap opening and closing structure 1A is configured such that a surface 48 of an inlet damper 42A in a rotation axis direction and a side surface 30A of a first supporting unit 26A keep facing each other while the cap 4 rotates. The surface 48 is provided with a convex portion 44A, and the side surface 30A is provided with a concave portion 29A, and the convex portion 44A and the concave portion 29A are engaged with each other in an open position. An inlet damper spring 43A biases the convex portion 44A so as to engage with the concave portion 29A in the open position and to contact the facing side surface 30A in a non-engagement state between the convex portion 44A and the concave portion 29A. Two inclined surfaces 441 of the convex portion 44A facing each other in a rotation direction contact respective ends 292A of the concave portion 29A in the open position.
