Zusammenfassung:	A composite pipe including: a pipe body having a tubular shape and including a resin material; a covering layer including a resin material, the covering layer having a tubular shape and covering an outer circumferential surface of the pipe body, the covering layer having a bellow shape with annular ridge portions protruding outwardly in a radial direction, and annular groove portions depressed inwardly in the radial direction, the annular ridge portions and the annular groove portions being alternately formed in an axial direction of the pipe body, and the covering layer being shortenable in the axial direction of the pipe body by being guided along the outer circumferential surface of the pipe body; and a porous urethane layer being disposed between the pipe body and the covering layer, the porous urethane layer being held by the groove portions and the pipe body, and the porous urethane layer has a density of from 12 kg/m3to 22 kg/m3and a hysteresis loss of 42% or more.
