Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an oral ibuprofen preparation containing ibuprofen, magnesium oxide and glycyrrhizic acid, whereby the gastric mucosal damage effect of ibuprofen is ameliorated at a high level, and in particular this is an oral ibuprofen preparation wherein the content of the magnesium oxide is 0.01 to 8.0 parts by weight per 1 part by weight of ibuprofen, and the content of the glycyrrhizic acid is 0.01 to 0.2 parts by weight per 1 part by weight of ibuprofen.
