Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a composition in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, in particular a cosmetic and/or dermatological composition, comprising in a physiologically acceptable aqueous medium: a) at least Baicalin and/or one of the derivatives thereof or a plant extract containing it, b) at least one superabsorbent polymer, c) at least one homo- or copolymer of non-superabsorbent acrylic acid that is at least partially neutralized, and d) at least one gemini surfactant with formula (III), said composition having a p H of 6.0 to 6.5. The invention also relates to a cosmetic care and/or makeup method for keratin materials, comprising the topical application of a composition according to the invention on keratin materials.
