Zusammenfassung:	Presence or absence of a support contract for software not having an individual identification number may be determined.A storage unit (11) in a management device (10) stores second individual information for identifying a second device in which second software to which the support contract is applied is implemented. A processing unit (12) of the management device (10) obtains a support request for first software including first individual information for identifying a first device used by a user and a product name of first software implemented in the first device. Next, the processing unit (12) refers to the storage unit (11), and stores the first individual information indicated in the support request in the storage unit (11) as the second individual information in a case where the second individual information coincident with the first individual information is not stored in the storage unit (11) and the number of pieces of second individual information stored in the storage unit (11) is smaller than the number of pieces of software supportable on the basis of the support contract.
