The present invention pertains to a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing a hydrogenated block copolymer (A) (including a high-MFR hydrogenated block copolymer which has at least two polymer blocks P composed mainly of aromatic vinyl compound units and at least one polymer block Q composed mainly of conjugated diene compound units, and in which the total content of aromatic vinyl compound units is 8-25% by mass) and a propylene polymer (B).
