Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for use in the treatment of osteoarthritis (OA), wherein said composition comprises from 5 to 40 mg of sodium chlodronate, or an equivalent amount of chlodronic acid, or other pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and wherein said composition is administered intra-articularly in a unitary dosage form once monthly, once biweekly or once weekly. Single-dose medicaments and kits comprising them are also described.
