The embossed portion (4) is to be fitted into the through hole (21). The embossed portion (4) includes a straight base end portion (41) continuous with the planar portion (3) and extending vertically with respect to the planar portion (3) toward the tip side of the embossed portion (4), and an opening (43) is at a tip of the embossed portion (4).
