Zusammenfassung:A method of determining room service times based on lock audit records is provided. The method includes receiving, at a processor, lock audit records for an access control device 16. The lock audit records store timestamps of detected occurrences of a lock state of the access control device 16 changing during a period of stay of a hotel guest assigned to a room operably coupled to the access control device. Analytics are performed based at least in part on the lock audit records to predict a time that the hotel guest will not be in the room. A room service time is determined for the room based at least in part on the predicted time that the hotel guest will not be in the room. A notification that includes the determined room service time is transmitted to a mobile device 12 of the hotel guest.
