Zusammenfassung:Embodiments of the invention include systems and techniques for implementing voltage differential transducer (VDT) fault detection. Embodiments include a computing resource (202) electrically coupled to an AC power supply (204), a VDT (220) including a primary winding (222) and a set of secondary windings (224a, 224b), wherein the VDT (220) is electrically coupled to the AC power supply (204). Embodiments also include a current sensing circuit (208) electrically coupled to the AC power supply (204) and the VDT (220), and a signal processor (210) electrically coupled to an output of the VDT (220) and the computing resource (202), the signal processor (210) providing a signal indicative of a voltage differential of the set of secondary windings (224a, 224b) of the VDT (220), that is used by the computing resource (202) to make an error determination.
