METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALKOXYSILANE GROUP-CONTAINING ISOCYANATES

To provide a method for producing alkoxysilane group-containing isocyanate, that is excellent in yield and production cost.SOLUTION: Provided is a process for producing an alkoxysilane group-containing isocyanate, including the following steps A) to D): A) a step of reacting a haloalkylalkoxysilane and a metal cyanate and an alcohol to produce an alkoxysilanoalkylurethane, B) a step of removing low boilers, solids, salt loaded substance and/or high boilers from the alkoxysilanoalkyl urethane, and optionally purifying the urethane, C) a step of thermally dissociating the alkoxysilanoalkyl urethane obtained after step B) to release an alkoxysilane group-containing isocyanate and a by-product, and to make the bottom material reside, D) a step of separating the alkoxysilane group-containing isocyanate and the by-product, separating from the dissociation bottom material, and recovering the subject, in which, here, the process operations of steps C) to D) are performed continuously.SELECTED DRAWING: None
