Zusammenfassung:	To provide methods for producing lactulose-containing products.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a method comprising the steps of: a) providing a lactose-containing substrate; b) treating the lactose-containing substrate with β-galactosidase and/or β-glucosidase in the presence of fructose to form a lactulose-containing substrate; c) inactivating the β-galactosidase and/or β-glucosidase by heating; d) subjecting the lactulose-containing substrate to nanofiltration and/or ultrafiltration to produce a lactulose-containing retentate/concentrate. Further disclosed is a lactulose-containing product produced or producible according to the disclosed method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
