The current bar comprises a conductor support by which means the first connection region is galvanically connected to the second connection region, a main material constituent of the conductor support being aluminum and an electroconductive covering layer being arranged on the conductor support, an electroconductive intermediate layer being sandwiched between the conductor support and the covering layer.
