Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a sanitary fitting for receiving a mixing valve cartridge that can be activated by means of a rotatably mounted spindle (92) comprising a non-circular end section (921), particularly a thermostat mixing valve cartridge (9), comprising a base body (1) which is provided with an axial cartridge receiving space (13) for the mixing valve cartridge (9), into which at least two radially arranged supply channels (11) and at least one radially arranged discharge channel (12) run, as well as a driver ring (2) which is rotatably arranged on the base body (1) and on which a grip part (3) lies, which is designed to receive the non-circular end section (921) of the spindle (92), for rotation therewith, the driver ring (2) and the grip part (3) being positively connectable to each other by means of meshing in precisely one relative position, and means for temporarily fixing a rotating position of the drive ring (2) are arranged on the base body (1).
