Zusammenfassung:	This gas turbine disassembling/assembling method comprises a seal plate restriction state switching step for switching between a seal plate unrestricted state where a seal plate movement restriction part does not restrict radial movement of a seal plate and a seal plate restricted state where at least a portion of the seal plate movement restriction part projects from the seal plate in an axial direction and restricts the radial movement of the seal plate, by operating the seal plate movement restriction part from the other side in the axial direction via a gap between a platform of a moving blade and a region other than a blade groove to be fitted with the moving blade in the outer peripheral surface of a rotor disk.
