Zusammenfassung:	In order to improve the productivity and quality, the present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a cigarette filter, the apparatus comprising: a wrapper paper feed unit for continuously feeding double wrapper paper in the longitudinal direction; shaping rolls which are oppositely arranged in pairs one above the other, and shape the fed double wrapper paper in a rounded shape along the widthwise profiles of the opposite surfaces thereof, so as to continuously form a base paper tube by connecting both widthwise ends of the double wrapper paper to each other while the double wrapper paper is pressed and conveyed between the rolls; and a cutting unit for cutting the formed base paper tube into predetermined lengths.
