Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a parking brake lever device which is able to reduce the number of assembled steps and an equipment cost for assembling a release rod having a circular cross section and a release knob, and assembling what is called a slant knob to the release rod having the circular cross section in a correct posture.The parking brake lever device is provided with: a release rod 35 including a circular cross section; a rotation stop part 35Y including a non-circular cross section and formed in a part of the release rod 35; a retaining part 35X that is provided to the release rod 35 so as to project in a radial direction of the release rod 35; a slant knob member 32 to which a front end part of the release rod 35 is attached; a loosely fitting part for rotation stop 32Y provided in the slant knob member 32 and loosely fitting the rotation stop part 35Y of the release rod 35; and a loosely fitting part for retention 32X provided in the slant knob member 32 and loosely fitting the retaining part 35X of the release rod 35.
