MODULE FOR PASSIVE SURFACE MONITORING

Module for the passive monitoring of surfaces for breaking in cooperation with an alarm system (A), comprising a non-conductive, mechanically stable substrate layer (2) and at least two conductive regions (3) which are mounted on and connected to the substrate layer (2) and the extent of which is substantially smaller in at least one spatial direction than in the other, wherein at least two of the conductive regions (3) have contacts (31), by means of which they can be brought into contact via wires (19) and in particular can be connected to the alarm system (A). The invention further relates to a method for producing the module from blanks consisting of a substrate layer coated on one or both sides with conductive material, by targeted removal of the conductive material, in particular by means of etching or milling, so as to shape the desired conductive regions.
