Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a tool and to a machine tool and to a method for machining planar workpieces (10), in particular metal sheets, having an upper tool (11), which has a clamping shaft (34) and a main body (33) and at least one tool body (39) arranged on the main body (33), wherein the main body (33) has a positioning axis (35), which is arranged perpendicularly to the main body (33), having a lower tool (9), which has a main body (41) having a support surface (47) for the workpiece (10), and having a counter tool body (93), which is provided on the main body (41), wherein the main body (41) has a positioning axis (48), which is oriented perpendicularly to the support surface (47), wherein the upper tool (11) and the lower tool (9) can be moved toward each other in a reciprocation direction in order to machine a workpiece (10) arranged therebetween, wherein at least one grinding tool (241) is provided on the main body (41) of the lower tool (9), facing toward the upper tool (11), and/or on a scraper (250) associated with the tool body (39) of the upper tool (11), facing toward the lower tool (9), and/or on a main body (33) of the upper tool (11), facing toward the lower tool (9).
